Forty trauma kits hand-carried to a brigade medic near Pokrovsk
Tourniquets, chest seals and hemostatic gauze sourced last month in Texas reached a frontline aid station this week. Photos and signed receipt on Facebook.
We are a small American nonprofit moving tourniquets, hemostatics, burn dressings, water filters and evacuation vehicles from US warehouses into the hands of Ukrainian civilians and soldiers — without the losses, delays, or politics of larger pipelines.

“Support Ukrainian civilians and the Army with the medical supplies and resources they need to survive an unprovoked war.”
StayWithUkraine Inc. is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-1615777). We exist to do one thing well: get the right medical supplies into the right hands inside Ukraine, fast, and without skimming.
Every kit, tourniquet, and filter we ship is transferred directly to receiving parties on the ground. No warehouses lost in transit. No supplies absorbed by intermediaries. What you fund is what arrives.
Our list is dictated by medics, civilians and units inside Ukraine — not by guesswork.

QuikClot gauze, HyFin-style chest seals and Israeli pressure bandages — the supplies that stop bleeding in the first minutes.

SAM XT and CAT-style tourniquets — the single most requested item from front-line medics.

Personal filters and purification tablets for civilians cut off from clean water.

Used 4x4 SUVs sourced from the UK and Denmark, driven to Ukraine and handed off to evacuation and medical crews.
Our active project funnels donor dollars into batches of tourniquets, hemostatics and chest seals, packed against a verified request list from partner medics inside Ukraine. We work shipment by shipment — every contribution closes the next gap.

Funded by donors in three states. The vehicle will serve as a casualty evacuation platform for a volunteer medic team.
A board-certified ER physician will now vet every medical request before purchase — no guesswork, no waste.

Dr. Maksimenko is a board-certified emergency and disaster medicine physician (MD, MPH, NRP, FAWM, DiMM) with deep experience in prehospital and austere care. As Medical Director, he sets our clinical priorities — what we source, how we train, and which requests get triaged first.
His focus on prehospital medicine maps directly to what Ukrainian medics need most: care that works in the field, in the cold, and under fire.

Your gift becomes a tourniquet on a Ukrainian soldier's belt, a burn dressing in a civilian shelter, a clean glass of water in a village that no longer has running water. Make it count.
