We are a small American nonprofit moving tourniquets, hemostatics, burn dressings, water filters and evacuation vehicles from US warehouses into the hands of Ukrainian civilians and soldiers — without the losses, delays, or politics of larger pipelines.

“Support Ukrainian civilians and the Army with the medical supplies and resources they need to survive an unprovoked war.”
StayWithUkraine Inc. is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-1615777). We exist to do one thing well: get the right medical supplies into the right hands inside Ukraine, fast, and without skimming.
Every kit, tourniquet, and filter we ship is transferred directly to receiving parties on the ground. No warehouses lost in transit. No supplies absorbed by intermediaries. What you fund is what arrives.

Used 4x4 SUVs sourced from the UK and Denmark, driven to Ukraine and handed off to evacuation and medical crews.

Vehicle
Used Land Rover Discovery purchased in the UK, en route to Lviv

Dr. Yevgeniy Maksimenko joins
as Medical Director.
Dr. Maksimenko is a board-certified emergency and disaster medicine physician (MD, MPH, NRP, FAWM, DiMM) with deep experience in prehospital and austere care. As Medical Director, he sets our clinical priorities — what we source, how we train, and which requests get triaged first.
His focus on prehospital medicine maps directly to what Ukrainian medics need most: care that works in the field, in the cold, and under fire.
