We are a small American nonprofit moving tourniquets, hemostatics, burn dressings, water filters and evacuation vehicles from US warehouses into the hands of Ukrainian civilians and soldiers — without the losses, delays, or politics of larger pipelines.

StayWithUkraine Inc. is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-1615777). We exist to do one thing well: get the right medical supplies into the right hands inside Ukraine, fast, and without skimming.
Every kit, tourniquet, and filter we ship is transferred directly to receiving parties on the ground. No warehouses lost in transit. No supplies absorbed by intermediaries. What you fund is what arrives.

QuikClot gauze, HyFin-style chest seals and Israeli pressure bandages — the supplies that stop bleeding in the first minutes.
№02Tourniquets
SAM XT and CAT-style tourniquets — the single most requested item from front-line medics.
№03Water filtration
Personal filters and purification tablets for civilians cut off from clean water.
№04Evacuation vehicles
Used 4x4 SUVs sourced from the UK and Denmark, driven to Ukraine and handed off to evacuation and medical crews.
Frontline trauma kits, restocked weekly.
Our active project funnels donor dollars into batches of tourniquets, hemostatics and chest seals, packed against a verified request list from partner medics inside Ukraine. We work shipment by shipment — every contribution closes the next gap.

Dr. Yevgeniy Maksimenko joins
as Medical Director.
Dr. Maksimenko is a board-certified emergency and disaster medicine physician (MD, MPH, NRP, FAWM, DiMM) with deep experience in prehospital and austere care. As Medical Director, he sets our clinical priorities — what we source, how we train, and which requests get triaged first.
His focus on prehospital medicine maps directly to what Ukrainian medics need most: care that works in the field, in the cold, and under fire.
